Quarter 1 (Feb - April 2025) will focus on SYSTEMS

If you feel like your work just gets a bit chaotic or you never seem to make progress, then this quarter is perfect for you. I'm going to teach you my unique approach to time and task management and support you to adapt it for your own needs. Most importantly, I teach you how to stick to it more often (and how to stay on track when you don't!)

You will finish the quarter feeling clear and capable.

You will have a personalised, resilient task-management and diary system that you can practice and iterate with minimal self-judgment.

All this for just £149 for the quarter! 

(approximately $185 USD, depending on fees and exchange rate).

These are all two hour interactive workshops with handouts and/or self-paced courses to support you if you can't attend live. 

You also get 11 themed coaching sessions teaching you how to develop your OWN task and time management system AND 22 "open" coaching sessions to get help with any aspect of your PhD experience.

Hi, I'm Dr Vikki Wright

 

I am an award winning professor with 20 years experience of postgraduate training and supervision. At the same time, I really struggled with procrastination and overwhelm. 

Receiving coaching changed everything for me. I learned to stop beating myself up and enjoy the work I was doing. Now I support PhD students and academics to do the same. 

When I’m not coaching, I am usually snuggling my rescue labrador and getting over excited about new hobbies (currently flying trapeze, mixed media art, and trying to find a paddleboard polo club).

 

My approach

I know how hard academia can be. I'm not going to tell you to "get a planner" and "be disciplined". We're going to find the real issues and come up with a plan that feels good. 

I’ll be there to support you but I also want to you to be able to look after yourself without me! I teach you how to understand your mind and coach yourself to achieve your goals.

I also want you to thrive, not just to cope with adversity. This isn't about being more "resilient" so that you just cope with more and more difficult times. I help you feel empowered to support yourself and change your experience.
